- Site Assessment: We examine your space, check floor conditions (e.g. concrete slab, soil compaction) and verify clearances.
- Planning & Preparation: We plan the sequence of assembly and prepare the area (e.g. marking anchor points).
- Equipment Assembly: Our certified installers assemble frames, slides, swings, etc., following manufacturer specs.
- Surfacing Installation: We install safety surfacing (rubber tiles, poured rubber, turf) to the specified depth per EN1177 requirements.
- Safety Checks: After assembly, we conduct a thorough inspection – checking bolts, edges and surfacing continuity. We ensure fall zones are clear and barriers (fencing, nets) are secure.
- Handover & Training: We walk you through the completed play area and advise your staff on daily checks and maintenance basics.
By relying on our experts, you avoid costly mistakes. Proper installation prevents hazards such as loose parts or uneven surfacing. All work is documented, and we provide a compliance certificate for your records.
